Norton Customer Service is Nonexistent

I am tired of trying to contact a person at Symantec or clicking on "Help", and getting nothing but computer generated responses, that usually have nothing to do with my problem.  Symantec purposely avoids supplying any Support Hotline because they want noone to ever call them with an actual problem.  The program has been, for the past 10 years, seemingly better than MacAfee, or any others that I've heard of, but the Customer Service is truly LOUSY!

I'm sorry you're having

I'm sorry you're having problems getting in touch with someone. Have you tried: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/contact/con...? There is a live chat option that connects you directly with Customer support, or you can call or email your question to Tech Support. If that doesn't work for you, you can try the online Norton community at http://community.norton.com--it's a vibrant community with many knowledgeable users.

Also, for your future reference, this particular forum is for users of Symantec's business enterprise products. (There aren't many Norton experts that frequent this particular forum.)

I have been on hold with customer support for hour!!!

My credit card was billed for my renewal on 1/11/11. My subscription is not working. This is insane. They have no customer service what so ever.

Norton Service

Norton's service so far is very poor. This is my first experience with them and so far not so good.  Disconnected from 800#, and hours online having to deal with someone who either does not understand the issue or does not want to. A "tech" who also has an attitude to boot. Well here we go into hour three.
