Open a Command Prompt During a Setup

Have you tried to run a Command Prompt during a Windows installation? In some cases you had this problem, for example with troubleshooting, starting other tools or copying something in your local hard drive.
You asked what was the best way to perform this task, or maybe you discovered a workaround to do it.
I found an interesting article on the Microsoft Knowledge Base that explains a quick tip to easily run a Command Prompt. During the GUI mode setup, just press SHIFT+F10 and the result is a new Command Prompt Windows.
