Hard to explain
It is always hard to explain to our customers what the costs could be when their security is breached.
We are explaining why customers should invest 1000 of dollars for security, but we cannot or hardly calculate what it cost if information or data is leaked out.

A good starting point is
A good starting point is to ask to all customers how much time and effort (including money) could be invested to recover critical data and not only?
Comparing cost and benefits between security breaches, loss data, etc, is the only way to adopt a security process to cover and stay in a more safe environment.
