We invite you to participate in the Connect Usability Study.
We want to know how you use Connect. The purpose of this study is to obtain general feedback about the Connect site. The results of the research will help Symantec to provide you with an improved customer experience.
We will be conducting remote usability sessions in the form of a 60-minute one-on-one telephone interview, on a date and time of your choice between 7 Dec 09 and 18 Dec 09. All participants will receive $100 and 100 Connect Points in return for their time and feedback.
If that sounds like something you would be interested in, please answer a few quick questions here. Please note that all your information will be kept private and secure.

Just touched base with the Usability Study team. They mentioned that this is available for anyone who speaks English. (There will be a telephone interview portion, and those conducting the interviews will be speaking English.) If you live outside the U.S. and want to participate, no problem. --As long as you can speak and understand English. (Which, if you're reading this, shouldn't be a problem.)

I got a call last week
I got a call last week THursday which I didn't take as it was 10:45PM my local time in South Africa...Any way they can email us to work out a time? Morning in the US means late afternoon here in SA which is a lot better than waking up... =)

We'll probably have to wait until all of the interviews are complete, and then award everything at the same time. The third-party will likely send us the list of participants after that.
