The Symantec User Experience Research team conducts usability activities & research in order to make our products, services, & processes better. We’re currently conducting research to learn more about our partners!
We are interested in speaking with Account Managers – this role facilitates all troubleshooting, licensing, etc. once an account has been opened/established – who specialize in accounts with between 1-250 end-users.
We are scheduling 60-minute phone interviews between June 18th and June 22nd, 2012; if your company allows you to accept gifts, we will be happy to send you a $75 gift certificate for your time.
