Reader 9 won't open PDF from web browser

Possible solutions to overcome the issue of Adobe Pdf not opening in web browser ..
- Open PDF internal to the browser
- Uncheck the "Do not save encrypted files to disk" under Tools/Internet Options, Advanced Tab, Security section.
- Re-install Adobe Reader & reboot the PC
