Adding On
One important point to make is not only having the information but ensuring that the information you have is accurate. I can't tell you how many times I have pulled a report on software licensing and it has been completely off base. I have been trying to incorporate Altiris' solution into our organization and hopefully this will fill in the obvious hole we have in managing our asset's.
Assets
Funny how the Altiris engineer was here last week and we got the product up, running, and collecting data.
About that time my VP tells me she wants to know just that by Monday.
The info is in the system I'm just having a hard time pulling it all together.
Any help would be appreciated
