RSACONFERENCE 2009, Moscone Center, San Francisco, April 20-24th
I’ve gotten a LOT of email asking if I’ll be at RSACONFERENCE this year, and although Symantec is very involved I will not see you there myself.
If you’ll be at the show I’d strongly recommend catching Enrique Salem’s keynote on Tuesday morning, and of course any of the sessions and panels with Symantec participation. For those of you specifically interested in security and endpoint virtualization I recommend HOST-401 with Ken Berryman, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Emerging Business. Ken’s session is called, “Leveraging Endpoint Virtualization for a More Flexible Computing Environment.”
I will be with the Endpoint Virtualization team at the upcoming Citrix Synergy show in Las Vegas (details to follow) and look forward to seeing many of you there.

From the RSA Conference website, “Session Abstract: This session will examine application virtualization technology that is changing the way software is managed, delivered and consumed at the endpoint. Indeed, bringing virtualization to the endpoint offers IT a natural migration path toward a more fluid computing environment – one the effectively balances the often conflicting trade-offs between security and flexibility.”
