Server not allowed access

Today in my BLOG i would like to share when i was trying to connect to a computer in the CLIENTS in the host properties in Veritas Netbackup i was facing an error ""Server not allowed access"". 

PROBLEM

when i was trying to connect to a computer via the virtual name(this virtual name is the virtual name of two nodes of exchange cluster), i was facing an error ""Server not allowed access"".  

If you see the below picture you will able to see exact message which i was facing

RESOLUTION

I thought i will definately be the issue of DNS so i ran the command bpclntcmd -pn but i was not able to see any result and i corrected the host file entries after connecting one by one via terminal to the virtual name, node and node2.

I also enter the node, node2 and the virtrual name in the Server TAB in the Master properties from Host Properties. You can see the picture below for your help
