Badly needed
I know our company asked Altiris for years if our SQL configuration was correct. Never could get any real guidance out of them.
Your SQL performance is a significant portion of the overall performance of the solution, and the lack of guidance was troubling and caused a lot of heartache and a lot of hours of implementation time lost.
