In today’s fast-paced world, it can be difficult for organizations to find the resources to adequately train everyone on an IT team. Addressing this, today Symantec launched two new options for purchasing training that will help customers buy the training they need to be successful with Symantec products.

Symantec’s two new training programs – Training Credits and Training Bundles – enable customers to buy exactly the training they need  and use a flexible purchasing system to fit their wants.

The new Training Credits Program enables companies to buy any number of credits, which are then redeemable for any type of training Symantec offers, including public classroom training, private training and Web-based training. Anyone in the organization can redeem the credits, and online tracking is available so management can gauge credit balances and plan accordingly.

Purchasing credits also provides discounts based on the number of credits bought. Because different companies have different needs for training, this system of purchasing credits allows customers to buy the amount they need, simplify their purchases and reap additional discounts for doing so.

The Training Bundles Program makes it easy for customers looking for training on specific topics to purchase just the training they need – all in a pre-packaged bundle. Symantec Education offers hundreds of training options. By choosing a training bundle, customers get the right training to increase their proficiency with key products – without having to search for the right options. Symantec’s Training Bundles give companies a variety of training programs to fit their needs. Different combinations of Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Academy access to the On-Demand ILT, access to Symantec’s eLibrary and certification exam vouchers enable companies to provide IT professionals with comprehensive training and validated expertise, while also simplifying purchases and saving money.

These two offerings are the perfect way to ensure that every company gets just what they need easily and conveniently.
