Symantec Endpoint Protection via CHAT, Phone Support, Social Support & Web Support via MySymantec

Hello Everyone,

Symantec Endpoint Protection support is availalble with multiple options like Phone Support, Chat Support, Social support & Web Support via MySymantec

Check Phone Support conact by region. Here is the link.


Chat Support:

To initiate Chat support, Enter initial word like Endpoi...It will populate the product list, select the product and click on Continue.

Click on ' Click on LiveChat

Enter your Name, Email Address, Existing case Number if any & Issue Description. Click on Request Chat & you will be connected to support engineer.

Note: Chat lines staffed 8 AM - 8 PM Eastern time.


Web Support via My Symantec:

Submit your question to a Endpoint Protection expert. Create, review and manage cases related to technical product support.
