The latest documentation for upcoming Symantec Endpoint Protection Pack 12.1.4 is available now:
Symantec Endpoint Protection Pack 12.1.4 Release Notes
Symantec Endpoint Protection Pack 12.1.4 User Guide
I think the title of this entry should be modified to include a reference to ITA as it could be confused with the upcoming 12.1.4 SEP release. The pdf documents refer to it as "Symantec Endpoint Protection Pack for Altiris™ IT Analytics 7.5 from Symantec™"
Thank you for the comment :) I have modified the title accordingly.
Please note as mentioned by andymease above, Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.4 has not yet been released. This document is referring to Altiris IT Analytics 7.5 support for when Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.4 is released in the future.
Thank you. I have changed the title, and I hope it doesn't mislead anyone now.
I just discovered the 12.1.4 installs are available on FileConnect. I came over to take a look at release notes but the links unfortunately aren't loading.
The links appear to be working now. However, if they still don't work for you, you can try downloading the attached files, or I can email the pfds, if all else fails.
Poked around in the files after downloading, they just link to http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH163829 and the documentation folder still has all 12.1.2 PDFs.

Thank you for the comment. I'll look into it.
Per Paul Murgatroyd, here's a preview of the release notes and the rest should be available soon.
It gives me great pleasure to let you know that SEP 12.1 RU4 has now RTM'd.
This release provides extended Mac protection, Mac OS 10.9 support, Microsoft Windows 8.1 support, and security improvements, by including the following new features:
Support for Mac OS 10.9 “Mavericks”.
Mac IPS protection – Network Intrusion Prevention System based on signatures where each payload in network packet is inspected and compared against a known network attack. If the signatures match, the packet is not allowed to go further in the TCP/IP stack.
Support for Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Windows 2012 R2.
Additional Mac client features – New client UI, Update to LiveUpdate 6, Scheduled Scan options parity with Windows, and changes to Mac client packaging to support better distribution via third party deployment tools.
Mac client support for 4 additional localized languages; Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese.
SEPM Manageability enhancements – Allowing immediate critical security event notification and additional telemetry.
Fixes for customer reported defects.
