Symantec Endpoint Virtualization Suite Has Been Nominated Best Application Virtualization Again!

SYS-CON has opened their Virtualization Journal “Readers’ Choice Awards” 2009 and this year Symantec Endpoint Virtualization Suite has been nominated for Best Application Virtualization.

Last year Symantec was proud to win this award, as well as “Best App Virtualization Solution” for SYS-CON’s West Coast event.  It’s very cool to see our community participate and get this recognition.  For many years the SVS IT community has been bringing virtualization technology benefits into server-based-computing and alternative desktops, but primarily into the mainstay of IT - traditional rich client computing environments.

As part of our Juice and Connect community, you’ve come from Altiris desktop management backgrounds, AppStream, with traditional and SaaS delivery models, nSuite in healthcare and SMB site support, and have used our products as the free personal version, as part of the award winning CMS and TMS suites, the award winning SVS Pro, the virtual browser solution on HP PCs, and over the last year part of our new Endpoint Virtualization Suite.  Our Connect community is one of the best end-user supported sites I’ve ever been a part of and I’m pretty convinced that our top-5 contributors do not sleep.
