Gray bar on side of screen of remote when a host connects
How do I get rid of the Grey Bar down the side of the screen when I connect to a remote pc. I don't see it but the user at the other end does. All Computers are running Windows XP Professional SP3 and are part of a Domain. All video drivers are up to date, pcAnywhere is version 12.5.
