4.  WINNER SELECTION; PRIZES

A winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted each day from among all eligible entries received during the Drawing Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final on all drawing matters. The odds of winning a prize in the Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by Sponsor via Twitter. Winners will be required to provide a shipping address in order to receive prize.

Those that receive prizes for entry while supplies last may also be required to provide proof that they have met the requirements for entry set forth in these Rules.

Sponsor may require winners and participants to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the Twitter account used to participate in the Drawing. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter account by Twitter Inc.

Each winner will receive a US$100 Amazon.com gift card.  The total approximate value of all prizes awarded under the Contest is US$700. Limit one prize per person or Twitter handle.  Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  No prize substitution is allowed, except Sponsor may substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that the prize becomes unavailable or at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.  Any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are Winners’ sole responsibility.  All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In order to be named a Winner, each potential winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release indicating: (i) acceptance of, and agreement to abide by these Official Rules; (ii) agreement to waive any legal claims against and to release Sponsor, the Promotion Entities, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and shareholders from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or entrant’s acceptance, possession, or use of a prize awarded through the Contest, including, but not limited to, claims for product liability, personal injury, breach of contract, and negligence; (iii) confirmation that entrant meets and will abide by all eligibility requirements where applicable; and (iv) (optional and only where permitted by law) consent to the use of entrant’s name, image, likeness, and related personal information for use in publicity materials related to the Contest and/or Sponsor and Sponsor’s products and services.  Failure to agree to the required portions of the affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability, and where permitted by law, a publicity release within ten (10) days of notification, will constitute forfeiture of the prize, and a substitute winner may be selected.

Sponsor will make two attempts to contact each Winner. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Winner, an alternate winner may be chosen.  Sponsor shall have no liability for any Winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Winner for any reason.  If the number of valid prize claims received for any prize is greater than the number to be awarded under the Contest as set forth above, all eligible claims for such prize will be combined in a random drawing to award the number of such prize as set forth above.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the affected entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter the prize drawing.  "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.  A potential Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential Winner is the authorized holder of the associated email account.  If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible to win a prize but these Official Rules will otherwise continue to govern the affected entry.

If a potential Prize Winner is a Canadian resident, then he/she must answer correctly without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered either by mail or electronically, before being awarded a Prize.  If a selected potential Prize Winner fails to correctly answer the question, he/she will be disqualified and another Entrant may be chosen from among all of the eligible Entrants at random in a drawing as a potential winner.
