Hey Sam,

I'm not sure that we can blacken out the fields... but that is a a great suggestion. Here is link to the process for requesting product enhancements for all Symantec products. https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO38237.html

Thanks!

Hey Liz,

Our company use Data Loss Prevention - while viewing incidents in either Network or Endpoint we highlight in yellow any sensitive data like SSN, credit cards numbers, etc..

My question is - instead of yellow highlight is it possible for us to blackend that sensitive data? I attached a file as an example.

Thanks,

Sam

Hi There,

Unfortunately we don't have this feature at this time. I would recommend submitting this as an enhancement in the SEP SBE portal in the support drop down (select feedback). We will route your request for this feature.

Best,

Liz Jennings

For SEP, it would be nice to see utility similar to what's done with the SEPM to collect all of the logs in one directory.

collectLog I believe is the name of the utility that's in Tools folder on the SEPM.
