Symantec will be conducting a research study in June to gather feedback from Connect users who have also shopped in our online Business stores. The purpose of the research is to collect important, time-sensitive feedback, and by participating, you’ll allow Symantec to better meet your needs.

Study method:

The research will be conducted via phone. Specifically, participants will provide their feedback via a 45-minute phone discussion. During the call, the moderator will share materials through a webcast for study participants to evaluate. Everyone who participates in the study will be paid for their time.

How to participate:

Symantec has commissioned Mozaic Group, an independent research firm, to conduct the interviews.

If you are interested in participating, please reply-to connect_study@mozaic-group.com  with your name and contact information by June 24, 2011 and someone from Mozaic Group may be contacting you soon to explain the program in more detail.

Since the number of required interviews is limited, we encourage you to respond soon if you are interested in participating. If someone does not get back to you, there’s a chance we’ll contact you for future studies.

Thanks so much for your consideration, and for participating in the community.

Interest in participation

I already sent an email to show I am very interested in participation in the study.  What I sent regarding information, is my need to be able to be a part in the study process.  I am having issues with my computer, and the need to make full use of Symantics using the Norton 5.0 version.  Recently my computer crashed, however eventually I was able to get it up and running.  Eventually I was able to correct what I thought was the problem.

I maybe starting a job, working in medical insurance industry as I am an RN.  I will be in need of being to access programs used at the company, in order to perform my work from from home remotely.  I seem to have a problem with the computer saving and resaving programs, files, etc and I cannot seem to be able to stop this from occurring.  The results of this issue takes up memory very quickly.

I just saw this page today, but I hope you might still consider me as a participant who would truly appreciate being selected.  I do wish I found this before today, as I see where it states the response date was June 10th.  I am reaching out anyway I can to hopefully be selected for the programs study,.

Thank you for taking the time to review my request and i hope to hear about being selected soon.

Sincerely,

Deborah Rich (Deb, Debbie)
