It should only take about 15 minutes to complete.  We’ll use the data to support our planning and testing efforts.  Each NetBackup user who takes the survey before October 31st will receive a free one-year subscription to Norton 360.

So, when will the Norton 360 subscriptions be doled out?

My current Norton subscription is up for renewal and I'd like to know if I should wait or not.

We closed the survey on October 31st and sent the names and address to fulfillment a few days after that. I expect that your copy will arrive in 4-6 weeks.
