Unable to Assign Static IP Manually: Element Not Found

If the static IP cannot be assigned manually and comes with an error : element not found.
Compile the boot package with necessary NIC drivers .
Reboot the client computer and quit out of Ghost.
Please run the commands in command prompt in order :
netcfg -winpe
wpeutil InitializeNetwork
netsh interface ipv4 set address "Local Area connection" static <IP address> <subnet mask> <gateway> 1
It is a driver issue. Please add the NIC driver.
