Upcoming User Group Meeting

I just wanted to encourage everyone in the group to attended this meeting on Feburary 5th 2009.

We are going to have a demo on the new Helpdesk 7.0 which has some great new features such as user web incident submittal form that searches the knowledge base to try to answer and solve the question before any of your helpdesk staff sees the ticket, Spell checker, and many more features.

Lets get our group growing, we need more people so that we can help each other out with problems and advice on installation / maintenance of Altiris products. So if you know someone that uses Altiris and isn't attending our meetings persuade them to try it out. If you have any problems or issues with the Altiris product you are using bring them to the meeting or post them here.
