User Experience feedback sessions at Symantec Vision 2011!
If you are interested to contribute to Symantec’s strategy of delivering great user experiences, then I would like to invite you to the following sessions at Vision:
Mobile User Experience of Symantec’s Enterprise products
Abstract: We’ll discuss how you might use and access Enterprise products from your mobile device.
Date: Monday, May 2, 2011
Time: 10am to 12pm
User Experience of Symantec Enterprise Security products
Abstract: We’ll discuss the user experience of the following products: Endpoint Protection, PGP Encryption, Protection Center, Data Loss Prevention, Brightmail.
Date: Monday, May 2, 2011
Time: 12:30pm to 2:30pm
User Experience of Cloud Computing
Abstract: This session will focus on how Symantec delivers products and services over the cloud.
Date: Monday, May 2, 2011
Time: 3:30pm to 5:30pm
All of these sessions are different from other sessions you might be attending at Vision. The goal of these meetings is not to give a presentation to you. The goal is to hear and learn from you (the users of Symantec products) about how you are using our products and how we could improve them. These are group sessions, so besides yourself, there will be a group of 8-12 participants contributing to the discussion.
Please respond to me if you are interested to participate. I will then send you a meeting invitation with additional details. Please note that all three sessions are invitation-only: you will need a meeting invitation in order to attend the session.
If your employer allows you to accept gifts, we will offer you a small gift (i.e. T-shirt, coffee mug, or a gift certificate) as thank-you for your feedback and participation. You will receive this gift at the end of the session.
Thanks for your interest!
I look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas!
