If you decide to change the default port the NS client uses to communicate with the server, you should know that even if you specify http://myserver:newport/altiris, Software Delivery Solution won't read the new port. The snapshot file will be published according to your IIS primary port setting and not any others. There is no known way to avoid this. This can cause a problem if a client/server doesn't have access to both ports while you are still migrating other clients/servers or if you have multiple Web sites published on different ports on the same IIS server.
