There may be plenty of features but few are below which I like
Cluster File System:
This feature make your Cluster Nodes half Active / Active. As this mounts your storage on both Sides.
One resource can / may manage multiple platform Cluster:
One resource required to train which manage Veritas Cluster Server for Windows or either for Unix. Means no addditional training to administer multiple Clusters of multiple platform.
DR option of VCS::
The DR option of HA(VCS) makes your application Highly Available globaly.
Multiple Service Group
Each Node can host multiple Service Groups.

VCS is my favorate High Availability product of choice because of it's realiability and end to end serviceability from Symantec. My favorate feature is using triggers to kick off our paging monitoring app when service groups go into an offline/online status.
