I think this should be in forums section. anyway .
Use SEP with full updates on all your networked pc.
apply microsoft pach for downadup/conflicker on all your pcs. use Security Patch MS08-067 immediately.

Disable Autoplay on all computers through Domain Controller or SEP application and device controller policy.
Use Network Threat Protection.

There are several msgs with the same subject, better use the search to kill this virus.
Hi did you run any free online scanners. One you can run is from Trend Micro called House call, link is below. See if that cleans up the mess.
