Why not virtualize computer management agents?

Martin asked, "Why wouldn't computer management agents work well when virtualized?"
A:
They would/could work well, Martin. It's more a matter of principle. We just think it will be simpler for admins if management agents are running from the base, thereby having a "neutral" view of the system and unaffected by what layers may be active/inactive.
