Frankly I only see the Veritas Netbackup Server news as far as the Backup and Recovery news are concern and the best place for this is ( https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/ ) ... But nowadays I also started using Symantec Enablement Toolkit 3 to see the news of symantec under Home => Latest News....

Dear Zahid, What is causing
Dear Zahid,
What is causing an issue for you to send an email? A mailto: link might require an active desktop email client which is configured to send an email. Else you can simply use the email address (kate_lewis@symantec.com) and use your preferred email client to send the note the the author.
If you are having issues like your email bouncing or being rejected for variety of reasons, you should mention it briefly so that connect team can you help you out of the mess.
