This week at Symantec Vision 2010, the Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team will be trying to enhance its customer experience by implementing a new Knowledge Management System (KMS) that will provide improved online information and self-help for Symantec customers and partners, including scalable, robust services. Attendees at Vision should visit the ESS booth (S10) in the Symantec Control Center area of the Vision 2010 Expo Hall to obtain a sneak preview of the new system, which will be launching in June 2010.
