Windows 7 N or KN versions

After doing some research I found that the difference between the regular version of Windows 7 and Windows 7 N or KN is that the N or KN is missing the media support and programs to be able to allow the multimedia to properly function.  There is a KB that can be installed to repair/fix the issue it is available on Microsoft's website.
