Windows 7 Release Candidate build (build 7100) has been leaked ahead of an official release by Microsoft.
As already had expected, the Windows 7 Release Candidate build (build 7100) has been leaked ahead of an official release by Microsoft.
I received confirmation early on Wednesday that build 7100 had been finalized and noticed early this morning that both the 32-bit and 64-bit flavors had been leaked to various P2P networks. Fake downloads had appeared yesterday but these were quickly removed. The latest downloads appear to be genuine

The Release to manufacturing Windows 7 can be found on various torrent sites. Still be aware that this can be illegal in various country's.
There will only be small patches and very little changes to this version before the big release on 23th of October.

As of yesterday, RC is on MSDN and Technet. Already downloaded 32 and 64 bit versions! I am very excited for this OS!

The Release Candidate build is 7100, which was release on Microsoft's partner program website in the past few days. The final build will still be to come and will obviously be a later build number. I know of at least one bug that has been approved for the final release but is not yet in the RC build, so there's definitely still work being done, but hopefully nothing too drastic.

Yes Technet released en_windows_7_ultimate_rc_x86_dvd.iso several days ago for X86 and X64 . Although it won't allow you to upgrade from the Beta even though the product keys work for both. You need to do a fresh install.
It will save your old windows 7 install as "windows.old" folder in your root as long as you don't format the drive. You can use the migration wizard to backup everything before the install if you wish.
Hi all,
I had my Win7 RC 32bit build running fine and when I installed SEP v.SEP 11.0.4014.26 it no longer loads into Windows. All I get is a blue screen and nonstop rebooting.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Please advise.
Thank you,
