We've had numerous questions regarding Windows 7 and which Symantec products will support the new OS and when. In effort not to duplicate information and keep updates as current as possible we are providing this link to the Symantec.com site: http://www.symantec.com/business/theme.jsp?themeid=windows7
This FAQ page contains a list of products and release dates along with links to the individual product pages.

I would check this page - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/all_products.jsp
Then click on your product and you should see a link somewhere regarding compatibility lists. I clicked on a few and saw the links just to check. Symantec (for NetBackup at least) is pretty good about updating their compatibility lists.
EV client support
I just checked the link above, and it was expected that Windows 7 would be supported with the 8.0 SP3 client, but there is nothing in the compatibility list that even mentions Windows 7 or Exchange 2010 for that matter, yeah or nay. that's with the Nov 5th, 2009 compatibility list. I've got a few clients chomping at the bit for E2010, and Windows 7 testing is getting well underway...
I thought there was a road map somewhere in this site but can't seem to find it anywhere.
