Wondering about international events?

Vision will be traveling to Barcelona, Spain in the fall of 2010. In addition, current plans call for free one-day events to be held in Latin America and in the Asia/Pacific region during 2010. Specific dates and locations for international events will be announced as they become available.

The first McDonald's restaurant in Germany, opened in Munich in December 1971, and was also the first anywhere to sell beer.
Clearly both are revered by the average techie, so is this the reason for the choice of locale ??

Is the Barcelona Vision Conference confirmed? Are there dates yet? Would be useful to know that it's really happening before the Las Vegas dates get too close.

Final details including dates and locations on international events are close. I'll post here as soon as we get final word. TENTATIVE locations and times are:
Barcelona: Fall 2010
Mumbai: August 2010
Sao Paulo: September 2010
Buenos Aires: September 2010
Beijing: October 2010
Bogota: October 2010
Mexico City: October 2010
