In Workflow 7.0 Sp3, when using the WordtoPdf converter component, they are recieving the following error:
Image file cannot be written to disk. When saving the document to a stream either PdfExportImagesFolder should be specified or custom streams should be provided via PdfExportImageSaving event handler
This is occuring because the orginal version of the component was not configured to properly handle graphic files in the Word documents. Any .bmp, .jpg, or other graphic file will cause this error to appear. Fortunately a revised version of the component library has been produced. Symantec Support has access to resolve this issue. Simnply contact them and ask them for the fix contained in internal KB article TECH144444.
