Altiris Workflow Solution with Intergration with Asset Management Solution

Good Morning Everyone,

I have stareted to create a Workflow that is intergreated with DS and it is working well. However I would like to take it one step further and allow the HelpDesk to enter in the locaiton, cost center, and department assignment with the flow. Does anyone have any idea or start of an idea of how this can be accomplished?
