I think you can only change it globally, for all packages on all package servers.

Settings > Notification Server > Site Server Settings > Settings > Package Service > Package Service Settings or Settings > All Settings > Notification Server > Site Server Settings > Package Service > Package Service Settings.

"Delete package files if they are unused for" 1 Year|1 Month|2 Weeks|1 Week|3 Days|2 Days|1 Day|0 Days (delete immediately)

yeah - I got that set to 1 week. But on checking a serve I notice some old hotfixes still there from last month.

There's probably still clients downloading them, it takes a while for all clients to catch up.

sorry, I should have said. The server is the client. Its not a package / NS server.

Ah, so you want to delete old packages on client machines? I think there is a default setting for this too, but it's different to the one for Packages on a Package Server and I don't have an NS in front of me now. But it might only apply to Software Management packages - there might be a different setting for Patch Management packages.

Hi Joe,

Please Navigate to Settings > Software > Patch Management > Windows settings > Windows Patch Remediation Settings. Open tab 'Policy and Package Settings' and specify option 'Delete packages after:' This option is related to software updates packages.

Please note that changes of this option will not be applied to Software updates packages that have been already disabled (distributed and installed on client)

Thank you,
Roman
