It would be helpful if the report files could be exported to an excel file and or a text file. Example - I have three campus with 6 different techs, if I have 60 PC on the Out of Date report, I would like to export it to a excel file so I could manipulate the data so that all workstation identified could be sent to the same campaus. Right now we can only save it to a HTML file which allows for no manipulation.

When I install patches and the altiris box appears on our end users machines the box just has text. I would like to insert out company or symantec logo in the notification box. Our end users sometimes think its a virus or spam that got installed and is asking for a restart.  Can this please PLEASE be added to the ...

Regarding the application and device control log: I would really like to have the username and computer name added to the report generated by the client. If the scheduled report that i receive (application and device control report) could also include the computer name and username, that would be even better.

Hi To Add Support For Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 which is an Windows Embedded / Xp based Retail Solution that is now being shipped to many retail EPOS companies would be a great advantage   we already use this product on many "unsupported O/S" without issue but it will not work on Windows Embedded POSReady 2009.   It is only a boot time registry access issue that shoud not be to hard to fix

Feature Request to have events/nse's from a package server processed with a higher priority. The idea here is to ensure events sent from a package server take presidence over client events therefore allowing the PS's to prestage themselves prior to the client requests. Example: Create a new nscap/Package Server folder that hosts the nse's received by package servers so they can be prioritized with a higher urgency. This would also allow the option of monitoring the folder for ...

Hi, Almost all hardware firewalls and most routers will let you block IP sets.  With the cloud SEP you can do it as well.  Problem is that there is no setting to tell SEP that the firewall is blocking those IP sets and the user should not continue to receive intrusion alerts.   Otherwise, the user can get bombarded with intrusion messages and even though the MSP and Symantec assures the user everything is safe, they keep getting messages all day.  A non-tech savvy ...
