This simple tool allows you to activate the diagnostic for the NS Agent. If you have to do some troubleshooting on a client, the agent diagnostic will help you. This tool is supporting the diagnostic activation.

Or you could simply run the following in the Run command box:
regsvr32
If the NSAgent's icon is not loaded into the System Tray, then you will need to run a VBS file to access the Diagnostics Consoles: https://kb.altiris.com/article.asp?article=3661&p=1
