Altiris Agent Quick Install

A while ago EMarcado put together a vbscript to rapidly install the altiris agent. The article is here: Install Altiris Agent for Immediate Software Delivery
For some reason we could never get it to work so we reworked it a bit. The result is now attached. The one issue I have been wondering about is why would the agent, after having been successfully installed, take so long to receive the GUID?

The GUID usually takes about 10-15 minutes to generate. In my Altiris Agent Booster I found a solution that speeds up this process; Setting the registry value SOFTWARE\Altiris\Altiris Agent\DynamicData\Tick to 0.
