MR4 Update Blocks email attachment?
we updated our SEPM to MR4 11.0.4000. Some of your remote users that have been updated are not unable to open attachments in Office Outlook 2002.
I edit the regestry with the setting for Level1Remove
I even disabled the network threat protection on both Client and Exchange Server and still unable to resolve the issue.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on what may be causing this issue.

Thank you, I had not realized to date that, even though we have not installed App and Device control, Tamper Protection was listed under there. I was having the problem you depicted in Appendix E and the guidance helped to find and alleviate it.
