Created a VBScript to check if server is a GUP.

Script prompts user for a text list of IP addresses and outputs whether they are GUPs.

Hi. Good looking script.

A few suggestions:

Does this work with SEP 11 & SEP 12? Either way, state that in the summary at the top.
Instead of only relying on the file location contents, have a look at point 15 here: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/symantec-endpoint-protection-few-registry-tweaks
Using the Registry and something similar to Mikes Definition decoder, you could document the versions of definitions the GUP has available?

Best bet would be to run it on your SEPM server.

Your workstation should be fine too if you have the appropriate rights
