Checking non-standard folder permissions

Several times I login to some of my repro environments and see all sorts of folders listed in Archive Explorer from historic repro's where I've played with folder permissions.  Sometimes I just want to know what I've set and where, but there wasn't a way for me to say that I just want to see everything that isn't standard.

I wrote a script that does some of the requirements I had, and I am providing it here as it might be useful for others.
