Now that you've had a chance to skim over the article, the attached XML file will run a report that will list all the serial numbers in your HW Inventory table and total the count of duplicates it found. You can then drill down and list out all the computers reporting that particular serial number. This helps show where computers are reporting identical serial number data when they should be reporting unique data. This means you have an inventory or hardware problem!
