There are various method to resolve this issue. the best way is to use ERD5.0( for XP & WINDOWS SERVER 2003)  OR ERD 6.0 ( Vista & Windows 2008)utility that enables a user to boot system from Optical Drive and perform manual malware cleaning procedures using tools availble in that utility.
