This is a great tool to determine the space savings you may obtain by leveraging EV for SharePoint.  It analyzes your SharePoint environment and provides feedback on space savings by implementing Enterprise Vault policies to manage top-level content and versions.

NOTE:  This tool is not officially supported but does not affect your SharePoint environment.   Also SP2010 is not currently supported.
