The program called Networx is a freeware and portable tool that is helpful to check your network connections and find out if there is a suspicious network activity ( for example Trojan horses, hacker attacks, etc.).
Just run the portable tool to monitor all your network connections or a specific network connection (such as Ethernet or PPP) only. You can set it up to alert you when the network connection is down or when some suspicious activity, such as unusually heavy data flow, occurs. It can also automatically disconnect all dial-up connections and shut down the system.
Main features:
- Clear graphic and/or numeric display.
- Usage reports with export to a variety of file formats, including Excel, MS Word and HTML.
- Permits close supervision of uploads and downloads.
- Works with dial-up, ISDN, cable modems, ADSL, Ethernet cards, and more.
- Includes network information & testing tools with advanced netstat that displays applications using your Internet connection.
- Option to notify user or disconnect from the Internet automatically when network activity exceeds a certain level.
- Speed meter to accurately time downloads and report the average transfer rates.
- Dial-up session journal with detailed information about every session.
- Absolutely free and does not contain any adware/spyware/malware.
System requirements: Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, Seven, 2008 (32-bit and 64-bit)
License: Freeware

Please don't forget to mark your thread solved with whatever answer helped you.
You need to make sure you want this. As above it does not monitor your whole organization. The program has not uninstall feature. The only way to uninstall it is to use your system restore just after the installation. Otherwise uninstalling it later will be an issue.
huh?!?
there is no uninstall feature??
:dead
It has no uninstall feature because you downloaded the PORTABLE version. Portable versions don't install anything, so having an uninstall feature would be a bit ridiculous :D
I simply downloaded the link in the Symantec email :D
There are two links on the site,
Download installer
Size: 3.0M
Download portable
Size: 3.1M
If you download the first one, you get an uninstaller with it, I promise!
EDIT: Not sure if I should be posting links?
Not a good Tool for montoring.
Care to explain why? Or should we all just rely on randomly thrown out statements on the internet?
What specifically is not useful for you? What are you attempting to use the tool for? Is there a better tool out there? What would you recommend?
Attached some images to give more visual information about this tool. As you can see , it is helpful to monitor your network activity , in case you need more information , please visit the site: NetWorx – Free Bandwidth Monitoring and Usage Reporting
