Fix to the Service Catalog Request Template for always needing authentication

Dear All,

I have been working with the Service Catalog Request Template and I noticed something very strange. Every time you go into the tasks of a derived project, it would require you to Authenticate/Login, whether or not you have just come from the ProcessManager!

Well, I compared the Authenticate Session components with the ones in Service Desk and found that each of the Authenticate Session components was overriding the ProcessManager URL and the Service Desk ones did not do this (Override Process Manager Url set to checked):


If you get this happening in any of your projects that are derived from the Service Catalog Request Template, then you need to find all of the Authenticate Session components and uncheck this field on all of the Authenticate Session components throughout the project:


I have attached a copy of the fixed Project Template and have submitted it to Symantec for checks.
