Is there any major difference

Is there any major difference between this Notepad++ and the original Notepad offered by Microsoft? I just want to see if this is really worth uploading it's package and then provisioning to users. If anyone who has used this or know some more details about this please leave a comment below so I can see the facts. Thanks.
