Monitor pack for monitor Solution 6 (conversion to monitor Solution 7 in progress)

This Monitor Pack monitors your servers system event log for any eventIDs related to the startup and reboot of systems.
Monitors the start and stop of any NT services. 
EventID used 6005, 6006, 6008
