Set the "All Package Servers" Assignment to All SWD Package Objects

If you want to ensure that all Software Delivery Solution package objects have been given the "All Package Servers" Package Server assignment, run the attached tool.

When this tool is run, it will write an entry into the NS logs for each object it touches.

The original tool also touched packages that do not have any source files, which then stopped them from working. The tool has now been modified to exclude these types of packages.
