Set NIC to Wake on LAN

This VBscript will automatically set all your physical network cards to wake the computer with a LAN signal (WOL).
It will also make sure that the computer will wake only by WOL signal (Magic packet or other) and not any random signal.
Another good thing is that you don't need to reset the computer for the settings apply.
Note that this work for WOL in Standby/Sleep and Hibernation mode. to wakeup the computer from shutdown state you must setup the computer BIOS.
